DMCA Policy
MemesAPKK respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, you may request its removal by following the process below.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Send your notice to dmca@memesapkk.co.in with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”. To be valid, your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list if there are several).
- The exact URL(s) on memesapkk.co.in where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens Next
We review every complete notice we receive. If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the material in question promptly, typically within a few business days. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing information, which delays action.
Counter-Notices
If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address including your contact details, the URL(s) of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts. We will forward valid counter-notices as the law requires.
Repeat Infringers
We do not host user uploads, so repeat-infringer situations do not apply to site visitors. If a linked third-party source repeatedly draws valid complaints, we will stop linking to it.
